DIY progress @ 2020 :
getting a single FRET-labeled FoF1-ATP synthase into an 
Anti-Brownian electrokinetic trap (ABELtrap) and recording
fast subunit rotation during ATP hydrolysis at 100M [ATP].
Labeling positions yield two distinct FRET levels L and H.
Single-molecule catalysis results in fluctuating FRET levels.
